at your farmhouse accommodation. 6:00 wine tasting, where you will
be able to meet your hostesses and fellow guests.
Morning olive oil session and tasting, during which you will learn and appreciate what it is that makes extra virgin olive oil so very special. A light lunch follows.
Tonight a special treat...dinner will be at Le Vigne in Radda in Chianti.

Afternoon cooking lesson: today some of the dishes you may prepare include crostini, ribollita, scaloppini al limone, and zuccotto fiorentino. Dinner follows the lesson.
After breakfast, you'll go to visit the Montevarchi market. Late afternoon cooking class, followed by a festive farewell dinner.
