Four tables…four kitchens…and four friends. That's the essence of Tutti a Tavola, a unique cooking experience set in the heart of Chianti country. For three nights you will be the guest of Mimma, Simonetta, Marisa, and Lele, who invite you to join them in their homes for conversation, cooking, and fun.

Hands-on cooking lessons are taught in their private farmhouse kitchens, where you'll learn authentic Tuscan dishes, along with family recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. After the lessons, everyone gathers at the table for an evening of laughter, good food and delicious wine.

Accommodations for the stay are in the homes of the ladies; all have been carefully restored while maintaining their original character. Bedrooms feature private bathrooms and period furnishings.



Day One (Monday)

Afternoon arrival and a warm welcome at your farmhouse accommodation. 6:00 wine tasting, where you will be able to meet your hostesses and fellow guests.

Day Two (Tuesday)

Morning olive oil session and tasting, during which you will learn and appreciate what it is that makes extra virgin olive oil so very special.

At 4:00, you'll go to one of the farmhouses for the first cooking class. Some of the dishes you might prepare include: bruschetta, hand-made pasta, arista, and panna cotta. Dinner follows the lesson.

Day Three (Wednesday)

Morning on your own.

Afternoon cooking lesson: today maybe you will make crostini, ribollita, scaloppini al limone, and zuccotto fiorentino. Dinner follows the lesson.

Day Four (Thursday)

After breakfast, you'll go with Anna Maria Cuneo to visit the Montevarchi market. Late afternoon cooking class, followed by a festive farewell dinner.

Day Five (Friday)

Morning checkout after breakfast.
