Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a beautiful medieval village perched in the hills above Nice and Cannes. Just 14 kilometers from the coast, it is surrounded by superb landscapes where wild prickly pears grow. It is also known as the village of violets, which have been growing here for more than a century.

You are invited to enjoy a taste of Provençal life, learning and experiencing the cuisine and culture of this amazing area above the Riviera. Your hostess and chef is Yolande who for the past 25 years has perfected her culinary skills with Relais and Chateaux, Michelin star restaurants, and at The Leading Hotels of the World. Yolande has decided to share this wide range of culinary experience with her guests at her chambre d’hote, Demuere de Jeane.

In the mornings you will enjoy excursions, guided by Yolande’s husband, a great specialist of gastronomy and the arts. From the palaces of Cannes to the narrow medieval streets of Saint Paul de Vence, you will follow the roads of Provençal traditions meeting artisans who are faithful to the old “Savoir-Faire.” Later Yolande will take over the gastronomic portion of the journey, leading hands-on cooking lessons featuring Provençal cuisine.
